What is ISAGO?
IATA's Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) has been constructed on the audit standards applicable to all ground handling companies worldwide, together with relevant standards for the particular activities of any ground handler.
The ISAGO audit can be applied to multinational ground handlers and smaller companies that provide services at a single station.
